1. Check-in is from 3:00 pm and Check-out is until 12:00 pm. All Check-ins or Check-outs outside these hours will be charged. Late check-out and early check-in are available upon early request.

4. Cancellation Policy:
Free: up to 72 hours.
With costs: after 72 hours the amount of the 1st night will be charged.
No-show: 100% of the reservation.

Groups: Reservations of 5 or more rooms, for the same stay dates, will be considered as "Group Reservations" and may have special cancellation and payment conditions (by contacting the hotel).
