Municipal tourist tax: From January 1st 2025, the value is €2 per night (maximum 3 nights), per guest to be charged at the reception desk upon check-in. Children up to the age of 13 are exempt from payment.


Minimum nights:
Low season (January, February, March, November and December): 2 nights
Middle season (April, May and October): 3 nights
High season (festive periods and the months of June, July, August and September): 4 nights

Reservation Guarantee Deposit:
To confirm your reservation, a deposit of 50% of the total stay will be requested. This deposit must be made immediately after booking, and our team will contact you to make the same.

Remaining Payment
The remaining amount of the stay must be paid up to 7 days before the arrival date. If payment is not made within this period, the reservation may be canceled by the hotel.

Cancellation Conditions:
Cancellation up to 30 days before arrival: 10% of the total stay will be retained.
Cancellation between 29 and 7 days before arrival: The deposit made will be retained.
No-Show: If the guest does not show up on the reservation date, 100% of the total amount of the stay will be charged.

Cancellation due to Non-Payment:
If the remaining payment is not made up to 7 days before arrival, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation.

Private parking guaranteed:
Parking will be in the hotel car park with valet parking and with transfer by buggy to the botania hall

Reduced mobility:
Only available on floor 0 to attend events or meetings.
Floor 1 dedicated to accommodation is not wheelchair accessible.

Medical assistance on request: Azores International Hospital 40 min. away

Pets: Under consultation.

Children policy:
If you are travelling with children, please inform the hotel of their ages in advance so that we can ensure availability and provide our best quote.

Information note:
After guests leave, the house is off-limits for a period of 24 hours for cleaning and sanitation.
